Payment can be on a pay as you go basis, however bookings will benefit from the following discounts:

• Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance, payment to be received at least 48 hours before the start of the lesson.

• Students may reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the lesson is due to commence. Where a student cancels within 24 hours or fails to attend a lesson, they shall remain liable for the fee.

• Where the tutor cancels a lesson, students shall be entitled to a full refund of any payment made for that lesson.

• If you cannot complete your pre booked course …

  I well understand that there may be good reason why you can’t finish. In that case I will refund 75% of the remaining sessions. However I ask for 72 hours notice and if less then the refund will apply from the next session after that.
